Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of CarFareHub's website and services, including booking car rentals through our platform. By accessing our site or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility and Driver Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 for certain vehicle categories).
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Provide a valid credit/debit card for payment and deposit.
• Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25.
• International drivers must present a passport and valid license.

Booking and Payment

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Full payment or a deposit is required at booking. Prices include basic insurance; optional add-ons (e.g., additional coverage, GPS) are available. All fees, taxes, and surcharges will be disclosed before confirmation.

Rental Period and Vehicle Use

You agree to:

• Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition.
• Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes.
• Not smoke, transport pets (without prior approval), or exceed passenger limits.
• Pay for fuel, tolls, parking, and any fines incurred.
• Late returns may incur additional charges.

Insurance and Liability

Basic third-party liability insurance is included. Optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and supplemental coverage are available. You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss not covered by insurance. A security deposit will be held on your card.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Within 48 hours, a fee may apply. No-shows forfeit the full amount. Changes to bookings may incur fees.

Limitation of Liability

CarFareHub acts as an intermediary and is not liable for issues arising from rental partners, vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or indirect damages. We strive to ensure quality but make no warranties beyond those provided by partners.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
